Return and refund policy
Since every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. But we stand behind our products — if something's wrong, we'll fix it.
Damages, defects, and misprints
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at sunboyclub@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. No need to send anything back to us.
Wrong size?
Since sizing varies by product, double-check the size chart before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to offer you a discount code toward reordering the correct size.
Exceptions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for sale items, gift cards, or issues reported more than 30 days after delivery.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Since our products are made to order, please contact us at sunboyclub@gmail.com to cancel — you do not need to return the physical item. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds
